A lot of people can help you with customer experience. But few can do it as well as Springboard. I have continuously thrown wrench after wrench into our shared Slack channel and Sprindboard reps take every request, concern, and 'code red' moment with grace, ease, and professionalism. I feel warm and fuzzy when I go to sleep because I know they have our back. Big, big fan.

We have been fortunate to have Charlene and Sabina from Springboard Service working alongside our Customer Care team for almost a year. Throughout this time, they have provided excellent customer service and carefully reviewed our customer service records, ensuring that they promptly address any previously resolved issues that our customers may have. We highly recommend Springboard's services, as agents like Charlene and Sabina can significantly improve your customer service.

Jonathan and his team have been nothing short of incredible to work with! Do not look anywhere else! You gain someone with industry expertise versus someone who can just handle your incoming emails.

The team at Springboard have become trusted partners to us here at Patrick Ta Beauty. We came to Springboard during a time of high growth for our company and when we needed a partner to help us up-level our customer service and they delivered in every way. Their founder is committed, responsive and invested in being the best partner possible. The CX team on our account have handled our brand with the utmost care even when the volume of inquiries seemed never ending. They are our trusted and committed partners.
