I've been essentially shadow banned from the site, getting hit with the message "You've reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month and cannot buy coins today," if I try to purchase coins. This message doesn't even make sense since I've spent only $180 total. Support has been completely nonresponsive. I guess they just ban whoever starts making money from their site.

I am giving this 3 stars. It would be 5, but I have yet to be able to redeem my winnings. I won $5000… I am getting No ACH option and I have reached out to support several times. NO RESPONSE. It’s an awesome site, customer service needs work. *UPDATE* They came through. Deposit to my bank was successful. This is one of the best sites out there. Customer service is tough to get a hold of, but if persistent, you will get ahold of them. They paid EVERY PENNY!

I love the site but now when I try to redeem it says I need to verify my ID. So I click the link to verify my ID and then it says I am already verified. So it’s not letting me redeem. This is after I canceled my last $120 redemption and lost it all back. So it would be nice if they would respond to my email and fix the issue so I can revise this to the 5 stars I would like to give. Before this problem it has been great. For those getting mad about the limits the rules are pretty simple, once you have enough to redeem you can’t buy more, once you do redeem you have to wait for it to clear before buying more. I think that’s fair considering the bonuses they provide. And my redemptions have been timely before this. Hopefully I get a response.

The games are clearly rigged more than any other casino I have ever seen, It's nearly impossible to win. They blocked me from making purchases and refused to allow me to redeem my remaining balance.

The bonuses aren't even worth it; and to achieve the missions is doing way too much I deposited a number of times and am super disappointed having done so. You cant complete the bingo missions because there are not enough people to do any competition and they certainly take the $ for an attempt to play the bingo game despite it only being you to play they do not return the money; if its only you playing you would "win" your bet back; instead they just take and take and take and take....

****UPDATE They responded within a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate their assistance and have upped my review to 5 starts. I made a deposit of 99.00 and it didn’t display a message and didn’t appear in my balance, so I tried it again (stupidly) they deducted these amounts twice but never credited my account.
