Put in 2 redemption requests over a month ago and have not received either one. Each one was for $100., have sent emails to customer support several times and have gotten no response whatsoever. Not even as much as an acknowledgement, or refusal to honor my requests. Won't spend any more $ on a site that won't pay out. Date is approximate as doesn't even show as pending.

Not good. NOBODY answers emails. Minimum redeem is$100. That is way much. If you don't make the minimum cash out you are screwed. I currently have money stuck on there right now because no one is answering my emails. Communication is absolutely horrible and there is no live chat. Games are subpar nothing special.

Be very cautious with this company, their app is all sorts of bugged out. Dailies are all wrong and out of order sometimes, it might have registered in your end but they go by what they're "seeing" which typically is the opposite. I've been forever on the 14 day log in/play sc goal even though I've gone 2x 14day log/sc streak. I'm forever at 78% on that particular goals progress bar. You might get the first purchases wheel, but won't get anymore after that. It bugs out before loading the wheel and sends you to a daily that registers a day before and has 2 different times during the day it's possible to collect. You think that would put you ahead after a little while, but nope, always a day behind. Customer service is a joke. Try getting a response at all at first from them, and then when you explain what's wrong with their site and your account, they put it back on you as if you where the one to err and when you show them evidence to the contrary they straight ignore you.

Use to be good, now it's looking like a scam. I am blocked from buying (I know as I have tried 7 different cards), support is none existent, no daily essentially and i'm stuck at 97sc, so can't cash out as you need 100. SCAM stay away Update: They finally responded to me and gave a solution so 3 stars instead of 1 lol

If you win too much, they will make it so you can't buy any packs. Many other people have the same experience. Used to be a promising website, fell off when they got greedy. EDIT: Their reply to this review is a lie. I've emailed their support many times and they just ignore me.

They rugged me of $500 and then keeping an extra $200 locked. They are doing something shady and shouldn't be trusted. Multiple emails and I'm ghosted. About to do a charge back on my credit card soon from this scammy site. I was asked to send an email but multiple emails were sent and still no reply...

Awful!! I have been trying to redeem over $300 worth of winnings. They cannot verify one of my cards because the number is not on the front of the card. Well it’s my Apple Cash that does not have a card with numbers on it only electronic numbers. They keep rejecting it and support is not getting back to me. I have emailed them all the information with no response. They let me purchase with my Apple Cash but cannot verify for redemption? Starting to feel like I am getting scammed. Update: I was contacted by the casino and they apologized and rectified the issue crediting my account with sweepscoins.
