I loved this site at first but then my card got compromised. I asked multiple times to have my payment info removed before that happened. I was ignored. I asked multiple times to just close my account I was ignored. I had 2 cards on there, both compromised which could have been avoided if they did what I asked. Spinfinite did indeed reply. About a week & a half after I first asked & threatened to escalate the issue myself.

Purchased a pack with a wheel spin on Wednesday. Was credited $190 with the wheel spin and played it up over $500. When I logged in the next day, my balance was $0! I contacted customer service and was told: “I apologise re your SC balance - please allow me to explain: On the evening of the 2nd you purchased Winfinite Wednesday for $25 and you were granted a wheel which was due to award you anywhere between 0.5 and 5 additional SC for free. The wheel malfunctioned and when you spun it - less than 20 seconds after your GC purchase - you were awarded 190 SC! I'm so sorry - it was a system malfunction and your balance has now been corrected to account for wins you incorrectly accrued as a result of the artificially inflated balance. Since this adjustment was made, you have received 2x daily bonuses and another wheel which award 1.5SC, as a result of your Thursday Night Spins $20 purchase. Thanks a lot, Ben.” At the very least, they could have credited me for my two purchases, but instead they reset my balance to $0. I will not play on their site again. UPDATE: Based on their response on here, I emailed them. They never replied and it’s been 10 days.

WOW DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!! THEY SAID THEIR SYSTEM HAD A MALFUNCTION I HAD WON WELL OVER $600 DOLLARS ON MY OWN MONEY. THIS IS SO WRONG I HAVE THE EMAIL THIS SHOULD BE NOT ALLOWED AN ILLEGAL

Update 10/31 Finally got credit for my AMOE letters. Unable to cash out, the system repeatedly asks me to verify my information that was verified numerous times. Have contacted customer support multiple times with no response. Update 8/25/25: Still no response from customer support. Still no credit for my AMOE letters. Still no response after I provided the requested documentation. I've been trying to contact customer support for over a month with no response. I wrote letters for AMOE and they have held them as received but not credited. I also cannot purchase, and I provided the requested documentation and have not heard back.

I read the reviews for this game but I thought I'd try it anyway. Well I ended being able to redeem $250 I did al.the verification required but once I tried to redeem, well let's just say I kept getting the run around. I ended up reaching out to support. Well I waited and waited . In the meantime I wanted to play I ended up losing everything and some. I've played a lot of online casinos and this one is the worst! Im pretty bummed about it.

Said support was in touch for help. No help whatsoever Does not accept valid payment methods used on other sites. No help from support. So no 1st time bonus as offered. Looks like this may not be a valid or credible site.

horrible support. Don't respond and doesn't know anything going on. I have been getting the message "this payment cannot be processed. Please try another payment account. Payments may be blocked if a payment account has any of the following: lost or stolen card, chargeback dispute, or returned bank payment." for over a week. When I message support, all they tell me is "Unfortunately, this is a decline that has been issued by the processor and the banks - It is not something we (Spinfinite) are applying directly to your account. I am sorry that I don't have any further information or workarounds for you now. It's something that we're actively investigating." Obviously this is wrong because I am using three different cards and three different banks. I know people who use the exact same credit cards that I do and they don't have any issues. Bugs Lags server errors makes the site unplayable. Customer service takes forever to even respond.
