Secondly if you have a redemption in progress you are unable to purchase a gold coin package, unless you cancel your redemption. Thirdly customers support is nonexistent they don't respond to your emails I will have to stop playing on this platform in the future.

I have been trying to get my payout for over two weeks! I've sent them countless pictures of everything they wanted to confirm my identity and cards. If i would have been dealing with him in the first place, then i probably wouldn't have gone thru all the stress that i went thru. It makes a real difference who you communicate with. He fixed everything and my payout is finally on its way! So now i give them a four star rating since i did have a lot of troubles in the beginning, but it got handled and he was very nice and respectful! Thank you James!!

TOS says nothing about not using virtual cards but to redeem u have to verify payment by sending them a photo of the card (which doesn't exist cause it's virtual) customer support didn't respond after I said this. scammy I'll update if they ever let me, but I'd not use virtual card.
