Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

They won’t let you buy a package while you have money in your account. It’s a scam to get you to play through all your money without getting to the 100$ redemption. Good luck brothers if you use this app

Update: thanks spinfinite support for reaching out to me. I'm leaving this review up in case anybody has the same issue they'll know how to contact them. (Issue with location accuracy) I love spinfinite, however I've recently been blocked due to where the app and/or website is pulling my IP location from. It is incorrect. Unlike the other online casinos Spinfinite does not have a way for me to contact support. When I touch the support tab at the bottom of the blocking page it just reverts me to the top of the page again. This is very frustrating because I have updated my ip address it is showing correctly wherever I am able to access it and check it. I have cleared history storage etc and tried to reload and still blocked with no way to contact them. It is very frustrating.

The Gaming platform is good. Love all the games they have. I did win 200+ but I can’t redeem because my account is still not verified. Customer service is my issue. I am still trying to verify my account. I no longer have one of the cards they want me to verify. So I am trying to reach out to find out what else Can I do. And I am getting no response.

I won 400 dollars and have been waiting on my redemption to go through. I like this app and want to give it 5 stars, but until I receive my winnings I have to keep it at 3. I really hope I don't get scammed 😞

I want to start by saying I really enjoy playing on spinfinite, but my experience with support and withdrawals has been absolutely horrible. I have played and had mostly no issues withdrawing up until recently. I recently won 18k, and as soon as I tried to withdrawal it denied me and says there needs to be a “quick account check” mind you I’ve been fully verified for a long time with no issues up until this point. Finally after days of emailing support I got an extremely short email saying I can withdrawal 2000 per day. Well, I was able to withdrawal 2000 one time, and now I’m back to needing ANOTHER “quick account check” and it’s been days with no response from support again. Long story short, my current opinion is just avoid spinfinite at all costs because there is absolutely 0 support for you if you win big or need any help what so ever. If they ever right this wrong I will update my review but I am doubtful. Currently wishing I had just played somewhere else that has the same games.

Nothing but deadspins after deadspins. This is insane. Spent so much money here, when I did try to self exclude indefinitely they gave me some credit to play with which was gone in abojt 10 minutes because again, deadspins. Plus a small variety of games.

I have played 250.00 with of slots the first time I won 675.00 when I went to redeem it said it was under review of course I didn’t get to redeem y’all suck your the worst site I have ever played I wish I could get my money back but you don’t even have a customer support team. Don’t waste your money . You will never get it.

I was having fun at first but I’ve been waiting on my redemption for 10 business days and I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response at the end of the day idk if I would use them it seems a little weird that they say 72 hour redemptions and it’s been 10 BUSINESS DAYS not just 10 days 2 weeks for a redemption is outrageous and the support doesn’t email back or even say they have someone on it
