Fully non-responsive customer support. I emailed them multiple times with questions regarding their bugged and flawed and errors website. No response at all.

Spinfinite will block your ability to make purchases and then lie saying it is your credit cards fault. When you call any of your credit cards you will find out that they do not even see the transactions/attempts. Spinfinite support will play dumb and then eventually just stop responding to your emails. This is a deceitful and fraudulent practice.

Zero response from customer service. I'm owed multiple bonuses and they wont even respond.

Customer support selectively replies to emails, and to Trustpilot reviews. You can notice from the reviews on here that they are choosing to only reply to certain reviews. They also "shadow ban" certain players by adding a $1 purchase limit to their account and then will absolutely ghost you. Additionally, they change the "daily bonus" for those players to where they receive 1 Star, 100 Gold, etc as their login incentive. This review will be updated when an explanation is finally given, and there's some transparency.

Still have not received money from my winnings it's been weeks and they still have not put my money in my account I've won three times I've seen nothing I don't know what's going on I don't think this company's reputable I just need to have my money put in my account but every time I email them they ignore me they keep ignoring me and I don't know what else to do but if I was you guys I would stay away from this casino there's many more casinos out there that are worth playing and reputable this company is not I hope everyone that reads this know that they should stay away from them I'm telling you they are not good read their reviews they're not good.
