I haven't received my equipment yet. After speaking with shipping staff, I received my order. Delivered! Very happy with web site, product and pricing. I would have given southminisplit 5stars if they (delivery company) had given a 30min heads up with a call or text before delivery.

As a small business owner, I appreciate the service the South Mini Splits provides. Titus has been exceptionally helpful. My last order was ordered on a Monday afternoon and it was shipped out and delivered before the end of day Tuesday. Faster than my local suppliers.
