Will Heath inspected the home I bought in Hampstead, NC expeditously! Because of his efforts, I was able to close on my home in less than 2 weeks! I am very appreciative that he was able to do so in such a quick manner!

Will and his experienced staff made the inspection process easy. Will himself takes the time for his customers, he answered all of my questions and followed up all things he said he would. We needed a home inspection on very short notice and Southern Charm Inspections LLC was able to do this for us. After getting the report I had a question about the water heater that was in the house and Will went out of his way and drove back over to the house and got the answers I needed. I'd recommend Southern Charm Inspections LLC to anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Jacksonville, NC area.
