About Southern Charm Inspection Services
SCHI is a Christian based, firefighter-owned inspections company with offices in Jacksonville, Wilmington, and soon expanding into the Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte areas of North Carolina. Our inspectors are veteran North Carolina Fire Service Professionals with over 130 years of combined service to communities in Eastern, Central, and Western North Carolina. Our inspectors are all licensed through the State of North Carolina Home Inspections Licensing Board (NC Office of State Fire Marshal - Engineering Division), possessing a vast array of training and experience in the areas of inspections and/or codes enforcement for the State of NC. All inspectors are members of InterNACHI, ASHI, as well as the NC Assn of Licensed Home Inspectors
