I cannot recommend this business enough. Will was an absolute dream to work with. He walked us through every single step in detail, told us what to expect for the inspection and the communication was above and beyond what I expected. Kevin was the one who came to do our inspection since Will was busy inspecting other houses. They were able to get us booked on VERY short notice. The inspection and report was incredibly thorough and easy to read. Kevin kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to Will and Kev in for making this work for us and doing such an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend Southern Charm inspection services to anyone and everyone in the area needing one!!! Thank you SO much for the great and painless experience.
