I have been nothing but impressed by Smith Thompson! The call to customer service to schedule a system replacement was easy enough, with up front pricing! The technician was awesome, he was professional and courteous. He not only arrived an hour early, but he didn’t waste my time or money with extras that I simply did not need. He did his job within a reasonable time frame and I was able to get on with my weekend!! I was an ADT customer for way too long, kicking myself by having wasted so much money when I should have gone with Smith Thompson from the beginning!!!!
