Smith Thompson Home SecurityReviews of smiththompson.com

I have had other companies in the past. They do not measure up. I have had Smith Thompson for several years, I have moved two times and have taken them with me. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If by chance the alarm goes off they call immediately. Fast response, Great Value. As a Police Officer in the metro-plex, I have recommended Smith Thompson to all of my friends and family. Installation is always on time, the technicians are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. If you want a Great Security Company, that still believes in their customers. Choose Smith Thompson.

We have been with Smith Thompson for several years now. We recently moved and Smith Thompson made the move perfectly smoothe. I refer all my friends to Smith Thompson.

The installer was great. Came out at a convenient time promptly on a Saturday afternoon and upgraded the equipment in about a half hour or so. Although there was some added costs that I didn't anticipate when talking to the service rep over the phone initially, they didn't turn out to be as bad after I received the final installer bill. The installer apologized stating he actually had quoted me a little bit higher than it actually was on the final bill. I like the new alarm keypad they installed replacing the original GE Concord 4. The display is a lot less brighter than the former and doesn't keep you awake at night.

From the initial sales contact, through to installation, finally to billing, this is quite an efficient organization in an industry troubled by high-cost inefficiencies. I cannot begin tell you enough positive things about them other than they are the real deal and the price doesn't mean you're being scammed. You get what you need when you need it.

Mike, the install rep was completely thorough in explaining the system operation and very knowledgeable. He character conveyed that he cared about our safety. New to the service but very pleased so far in the rapid response when we accidently activated the alarm.

There are so many options available in the market but only Smith Thompson gives you exceptional service at reasonable price.

I was in a four year contract with another company. I contacted Smith Thompson shortly before my contract expired. I was pleasantly surprised with their low monitoring cost. One five minute phone call satisfied all of my questions and an appointment was scheduled. On appointment day, the team arrived during the scheduled window. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The entire experience, phone to installation, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Smith Thompson Home Security.

I didn't have to wait on hold at all when I called and the gentleman who helped me was very courteous. They sent out another individual to update my existing system in my new house. He was very helpful building a system to work around my two cats and even saved me money over what I was thinking I needed. Very professional and knowledgable. The price can't be beat. They charged $89 to upgrade my system to a wireless system and $59 for installation and to make sure everything was working. They did give me a free keypad and a free system panel. I would much rather pay for these services up front than get "free" upgrades and installation and then have to pay twice as much per month (it seems like every other company does this). Smith Thompson is different in a great way and I highly recommend them to anyone.
