We recently switched from another alarm company to Smith Thompson. So thankful we did. We discussed our options prior to them coming to our home so we knew upfront what the upgrade would cost. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable! After looking at our system he informed us the price would be LESS than what they had quoted! Right then and there I knew that we had made a great decision. The panel we have is easy to work and the technician makes sure you know how to work everything before he leaves. The pricing is exactly what they show online. No hidden fees or increase when bill arrives. Do not hesitate to hire these folks. They go above and beyond for the customer.

Smith Thompson made it easy to switch over from ADT – save me over $60 a month! The tech came out, was right on time, and had the whole thing wrapped up in about a half an hour. I love that they are local to Texas, and whenever I call, they are helpful.

the setup process was quick and easy, and the technician was explain me slowly and detail. I like the fact that it is no contract and we can cancel anytime. The only thing is the basic plan doesn't include a remote to turn on and off alarm. that's why it didn't get 5 star.

After research and a few friend referrals, we chose Smith Thompson after our recent move. The install tech was very helpful(ADT was previously wired), and the install was quick and painless. I've only had to call a few times, and I appreciate being able to speak with someone local and not an answering service. We've had the service now for 6 months and love it.
