Sam arrived not just on time but a little early (he gave me a call first) he explained our options without making us feel like we had to buy some 2,000 dollar system.. Very satissified and would definitely recommend to friends!!

Cory was very informative at my initial call and made me feel comfortable with there service. When the tech arrived, Sean, he was very nice and took his time to explain everything. Our phone line wasn't hooked up and Cory made us a good deal in order to get our system installed and activated on the same day and stay within our budget. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing an alarm system.

After I experienced some sketchy activity on my block over the weekend...my goal on monday was to get a home alarm system installed....same day. Jarod answered all my questions and explained the choices available. Sam the tech arrived a few hours later and got right to workon the installation. I bought the smarthome plus. My expectations were exceeded with the customer service and the product. I will recommend smith to my family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you!

From initial contact to install was 3 days. I had an existing system that came with the house and wanted to incorporate the wiring into the new system. They were able to accommodate me. The technician showed up on time and was very professional.
