I had ADT @ my prior home and it was SO expensive. They were misleading in the initial sale and I ended up paying much more than I intended. Smith monitoring was up front with all costs and I wasn't surprised with anything after the instillation process.

The tech Robert Beaty was professional and listened to all of my concerns. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I felt completely at ease with him which was wonderful since I was very anxious after the break-in the day before. He explained everything to me in detail. We had been burglarized in the middle of the night. No-one was hurt yet they got away with several thousand dollars and our dignity. Around here you used to be able to sleep with your doors unlocked and windows open. We called Smith Monitoring and they had a technician out the next day. working effectively and answering all of our questions. Makes it a little easier to breath now. Thank you Smith Monitoring.
