I had always used my travel agent to book Cruises but this cruise was decided on at the last minute. I wanted to move quickly and called Smart Cruiser. I was very happy with the agent’s help. She got everything squared away and got me booked in the room I was interested in. Job well done.

I have booked several cruises with Smart Cruiser. The most important reason I keep coming back is Bob Friedman. He happened to help me with my first cruise and I see no reason to book my next cruise with anybody else. Bob is very helpful and professional, yet also friendly and funny and a delight to talk to. I wish I could meet him personally. I guess I will have to travel to Boca Raton one day. Anyway, thank you Bob.
