The quality of your service is always excellent, the different people that attended to me give me quick answers and help me with my request, I appreciate the support given, even in COVID times, they have an excellent response. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it, especially now! We are grateful for our clients and happy to be planning your vacations after months of rescheduling postponed celebrations.
We received very professional, efficient and courteous service from Kim Tuchek. We had to cancel the order because of the Corona epidemic and because we are at risk. We received the full payment back.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you are satisfied with the services we provided, especially during this challenging time. We are all disappointed your vacations had to be cancelled and did all we can to ensure we processed your requests with the cruiselines and navigate through their requirements so the cruise line could process your refund. We know they are taking a long time because of the cruise line's reduced staffing and we are glad it all worked out. When you are ready to plan again, we will be here to help you.
Patti Hernandez is wonderful. I have referred a lot of people in our neighborhood to her and they are all super satisfied. I will continue to book our cruises through Patti....she is efficient, knowledgeable, and generous with her time and expertise. She is simply the best.
