Our last order of timothy hay had some issues. I Chatted with SPS and responded within a few minutes and resolved the situation immediately. This the greatest service PERIOD!

I had never had an issue with an order until the holidays and USPS delivered my package opened and missing an item. One email later the problem was solved and I never had to do anything else, knowing that I had just experienced TRUE Customer Service. This was my first time ordering from Small Pet Select. I purchased the woodland loop treats, seagrass bowl, willow ball and meadow spiral chew. The shipping was incredibly speedy, and the package included hand written notes from all of the employees. They even included a tumblr with my name on it! I am incredibly impressed with this company and my hamster, Pancake, will be receiving more of their products in the future.
