I had trouble with my progressive prescription, which was neither their fault or mine. They were quick to respond to my e-mails regarding the situation and offered to, and did, correct the problem at their cost. I am very happy with their customer service, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

The website is very well put together and easy to navigate lots of choices up front which gave me suggestions on other frames that I mean like as well. The promotions going on was fantastic. I'm waiting till my glasses arrive and I may just recommend this to everybody I know.

I've order glasses with Dark brown tint (80%) from Sllac some years ago and it was great; brown enough but not too dark. I ordered another pair recently with medium brown tint (50%), and these came darker than the previous dark ones. How is 50% darker than 80%? Disappointed in the quality control, but other than that, buying experience has been great.

I’m very happy with my glasses. The one thing is the tracking was not up dated. But that has nothing to do with SLLAC.
