Honestly the size and shape of the glasses were completely off base based on what the website showed me. I look like a 70 year grandma brooo. Quality is OK but the previews were so backwards it's hard to give this anything but a 1 star.

We did not receive the glasses that we ordered. The magnitudes were incorrect. I have been exchanging emails seeking reimbursement and plan to send yet another shortly. This is both disappointing and odd because we both ordered a pair of glasses in 2025 and were very happy with what we received.

Liked the quality of the frame and glasses. But the size was way smaller than what was shown in the virtual tryon. So the glasses are not usable though i like the quality.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and they came barely tinted. They’re so clear I sincerely thought they were regular prescription glasses. I reached out with the concern and they told me that that’s what their 50% gradient tint looks like. Never mind that it doesn’t even match the grade of tint that their picture shows. Never again. If they can’t stand by their products, I can’t support them. The frames were also so much smaller than they appeared.

Hi there, We’re sorry the sunglasses didn’t meet your expectations. Our 50% gradient tint transitions from medium to light, so the tint is intentionally lighter toward the bottom and may appear less noticeable than a full tint. We understand, though, that the actual result may not have been what you expected from the product photos. Regarding the size, the frame you selected is listed as a kids’ style, as indicated by the “Kids” badge on the product images. We understand that the fit and lens coverage may still feel different from what you expected. If you’re unhappy with either the tint or the size, please contact our customer service team. We’d be happy to help you explore a more suitable frame and arrange a remake.
These were nothing like expected. I thought they would be like actual googles but they won’t even fit under a football helmet

Because of the built-in impact cushioning and durable side padding, it is generally too bulky to sit comfortably underneath tight-fitting football helmets. Glasses were defective and company tried to convince me it was from shipping, which is hard to believe although their shipping takes way too long compared to other companies. I even sent them a picture and they’re trying to get me to treat the glasses to get them back to a non-defective state. I was a first time customer and they refused a replacement. Rotten customer service and won’t do business with them again. They don’t value customers and their shipping times are too long. My glasses are defective and they won’t make it right. Sad because the glasses are otherwise good looking, although they seem more cheaply made than other Chinese-made acetate frames that I have bought in the past. UPDATE AFTER COMPANY REPLY: Disingenuous reply. Wasn’t the temples. It was the arms of the glasses. I submitted two pictures. I can attach them here. Also the order did not ship within seven days. I asked for a replacement because I like the glasses and they refused because they said this would happen again. I’ve been buying frames online for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. And they’ve been acetate they all been shipped, so good try covering up your defects. Their excuse is a red herring for their poorly made glasses snd ineffectual “quality control.”

The frame was inspected before shipment, and the issue reported was that the temples were slightly unbalanced. After reviewing the photos you provided, our team offered a return and refund for the order, but this option was not accepted. Regarding shipping, your order was shipped on the same day it was placed and delivered within 7 days. Our stated Standard Shipping timeframe is 7–20 business days, so the delivery was within the quoted timeframe and at the faster end of that range. I’ve emailed twice. The lenses are not darkening in the sun as I paid for. Trying to find out how and where to return for full credit. At that time I will order a different pair. My glasses never arrived. The tracking said they were delivered to an entirely different state and when i messaged support they did not respond
