Without the muffler I wasn't able to use my Z1 CPAP because of the air pressure noise. Now with the muffler I am able to use my Z1. It is still somewhat noisy but much better than without the muffler. I would definitely encourage purchasing a muffler when purchasing the Z1. I am very happy with my purchases.

I thought it would be hard to set up and use. It was very simple and works great. I have a heated hose which meant that I needed an adapter to make it work. I called in an order and it came in just 2 days. It cost $38 but is was very simple to hook up. I have been using it for 1 week with no problems and great results. I would recommend it.
