Other than the delay in shipping (3 days later than my routing said) it was an easy transaction. Great price on the cpap mask. And I really love it. I'm sleeping again.

The website is well orgaized and makes easy to find what you are looking for. The ordering process is easy. Parts ship pretty much immediately and arrive in a few days. Sleepdirect products are about 2/3 the cost of the exact same products from the provider "recommended" by my insurance company.
