it's very hard to program and the adapter doesn't fit. I will be returning it to the company. Not worth the hassle

Twila - we sent you all of the correct items and a reference video to help you connect the items. It looks like you decided to return the product for a refund. We are sorry this did not work out for you.
It is very difficult to follow the directions for setting up the SoClean Respironics System One & DreamStation Adapter with the c-pap system. I've owned it for several weeks and still do not have it working. I will wait for one of my son-in-laws to help.

I was supposed to get my mask in two date on the 16th did not receive it until until the Tuesday of the next week

Hi Sheila - I took a look at your order. It was placed on Sunday, Jan. 13th. The order shipped promptly on Monday the 14th via USPS Priority Mail. This should have arrived within 2-3 days of the shipping date. It's very hard for us to see what may have caused the delay. We have no choice but to put trust in our shipping partners. The battery does not last 8 to 9 hours like they say and for the price of 450.00$ it should

My wife can't seem to get use to this machine, complains about an odor and doesn't think this is worth the money spent

Had a piece missing called to get a piece that was not there. The person I talked to insisted that It was in the packaging . I told her that I look for it several times but she said that she was positive that it was there. I asked her to send me a replacement piece to no avail she would not. So I called the so clean company an they said they would send me the hose plug out right away. So as far I am through with sleep direct as to ever buy anything form you. Your customer service stinks.

David - I am very sorry about this. I'm shocked our CS staff would treat you this way. They are instructed to send out those plugs immediately if a customer finds that it is missing. Often times that plug will get mixed up in packaging, so that's why she asked you to please check. We would love another shot at your business in the future. GR
I say bad because the products are excellent but the customer service always made me feel as if I was bothering him. I only continued to order because I wanted receipts from the same place for my flex. I hope I have a 3 year warrantee on my so clean 2 because my documentation states it and I won't go through sleepdirrct if it ever needs fixed.
