No fitted cotton over pillow case available through this vendor.

Warren - I'm terribly sorry we do not have that fitted pillow case in stock at this time.
Working with this company was great, it was the mask itself. I have used sleepweaver masks for years, this is the 1st time getting this one. Would not recommend it as it leaks & the clasps don't stay attached so the side straps keeping coming apart. For what I paid, very disappointed

Hi Sharon - I'm happy to hear you had a good experience working with our company. Not too sure what might be going on with that mask. If you used another one that worked well for you, we highly recommend that you stay with that (although, we understand the desire to try new things).
Not that easy to use with taking apart the Airsense 10 water reservoir and gasket every day.

Hi Dale - we are very sorry if it was not clear on the product page that you might require an Adapter in order to connect the SoClean to your CPAP. I see on your order that we did send out that Adapter at no cost to you.

Jerry - thank you for the kind words. Our staff works very hard to satisfy each and every customer.
I ordered the humidifier for the Dream Pap machine. It arrived promptly and I took it on a weekend trip. What you did not tell me is that some items needed a software update for the machine to work. I had to call to find out what the problem was...you send the instructions, but this is not good customer service. SEND information that people might need when buying the humidifier that you just added to your line of products. Very unsatisfactory without this info.

Hi Karen - we are very sorry for any mix-up or miscommunication on this. According to the manufacturer, the item you purchased most recently should have come with complete instructions and parts (micro SD card) to easily do the firmware update so the humidifier would work with the CPAP you purchased back in May of this year.
