Joice was great and answered all my questions and concerns. The program is working great. Less than a month into using the injectable option and I’m over 15 pounds down (compounded pills did NOT yield any results after 3 months). It does take getting used to - and now I need to add in weight training and more exercise - but inflammation is down and my body feels so much better.

Ella was very pleasant and helpful. I needed to change a couple things with my prescription and she efficiently took care of everything. I really appreciate how she summarized our conversation at the end to ensure there were no loose ends.

I had questions and concerns. I felt like my customer care person, Psalm, really listened and gave clear and concise answers. There was on that he was going to push out to the team and get back to me. I know he will!
