I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through with this at first. The customer service representative was patient, called me back twice as asked and made sure I got the best deal possible because I can't really afford this but really really wanted to give it a shot. Hands down the absolute best customer service I've ever received. I've never been so excited to start something and have nothing but high hopes going in to this.

I spoke with a representative from this company yesterday and they were very courteous of my time yet they explained what their product was expected to do for me and the timeline possibly involved. They answered all my questions. They gave me a phone number to contact them in the event I had any questions. They also told me about their return policy so I felt pretty good about establishing a relationship with this company.
