I ordered over a week ago, they deducted my payment that day and I still have not received the product.

The packages are shipped overnight via Fedex. On your account specifically it appears we needed some additional information from you in regards to dosage which is why there was alot an additional delay here. There was very little instructions. Also, my order was for the first month dosage. I do not see how to order the next month with the higher dose
