Pearly was kind, professional, and worked with me to reach a solution. She seemed to enjoy her job and exuded positivity. I called the help line to cancel my subscription but Pearly was able to find a solution so that I could remain a customer. I was shocked at what a pleasant experience it was speaking with her as I don’t expect that when calling a help line. Thank you for your help Pearly, and also for brightening up my day!

If I could give them a zero, I would. After a week of waiting, trying to call multiple times, and zero communication from this company, I asked for a refund. They tried to refund me the incorrect amount. There was literally no communication from them. I am furious because I will now have to (more than likely) restart medication on a lower dose. I am a smart, college educated individual and I was treated like an idiot by customer service. Please save time and aggravation and order from ANY company other than SkinnyRx. I wish that I was able to attach photos. This company is not in Ohio, yet I have three calls from skinnyrx with a (513) area code since I have posted this review. In response to Skinnyrx… No. This is absolutely untrue. The day after I wrote this review I received a call from your company stating that the previous prescription that I sent in had been located (because the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at skinnyrx). The customer service agent informed me that the doctor had approved my dosage but I needed to pay $100 more. Spending one more minute of my life explaining this ridiculous situation is not worth it. This company is the worst.

We've been trying to reach you to explain that we can start you at month 2 dosing. We've fully refunded your account as requested. However, we'd still love to help. Starting week two this week and I keep dropping the weight. I called today to get an update on my meds and Beral Wes so kind and courteous and very professional as to finding my prescription and making sure that it was sent thank you for keeping me informed and to make sure I don’t miss my weekly injection.

I just wanted to take the time and give this company a huge shoutout!! I had a bottle of medicine that wasn’t able to drawl from. I had sent one email and they got back to me the same day asking for pictures, so I sent them in. Within 2 days I had got a confirmation text saying that my pharmacy order had been shipped and that they fully replaced my bottle of medicine. The speedy time they resolved this problem was amazing and it was all through emails. I never once spoke to customer service (but they also have great customer service support as well) only through email. I’m blown away on how fast they settled this problem. I will forever be a SKINNYRX girl. If you’re indecisive on where to find semaglutide this is your place to go. Alls I can say is trust the process and don’t be afraid to reach out if you need something. Thank you SkinnyRx for always coming through with the WIN.
