Fidel helped me understand the process how the medication works and how to deal with the symptoms. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me. Excellent customer service! And, the medication is working- down 7 pounds in 3 weeks! Happy customer!

Called and spoke with Cyr today because I wanted to continue my treatment, but the cost was prohibitive with some bills coming up. They were able to help get the cost down so I could continue!
