The experience was nice because it wasn’t rushed or too slow. He verified my account and helped me with my update. I was having trouble with that. I needed the help. Answered my questions and helped assist me in medical updates.

I gave it a five star because I started of with having a bit of issues but customer service was amazing helping me out. And even tho it took a few days they definitely solved my issues I am very pleased with everyone who worked to get my issues resolved.
