Very happy with the choices and explanation from the clinical team. My customer service rep gave me options of prices. This company has very competitive prices, too.

Micheal Cavilier reached out to me via text message and a voicemail ( after I had requested a support member to reach out to me). We were able to set a certain time to talk about the program. He assured me that I would get the support that I need and I could reach out to him if I needed to. He was awesome and there was absolutely no pressure at all to sign up. Phil was extremely polite and helpful. He resolved my situation on my 6th telephone call. No one else I called the first 5 times could get the information I needed.
