The moment I spoke to Carmy on the phone … she put me at ease…. she was very informative and answered all my questions. and was willing to help me anyway she could with applying for a membership with skinny RX… she was a big help with filling in the forms.. I am excited to get started on my weight-loss journey .

My experience with Skinnyrx had been amazing. I started a 6 month bundle of medication that wasn't working for me. They refunded the remaining medication from the bundle when I started a new medication.

I was surprised by how effective and positive my experience with SkinnyRX was. I met (and exceeded) my weight loss goal nearly two months earlier than I anticipated. I didn’t experience any negative side effects during the maintenance/wean-off period and I have yet to experience any weight gain or uncontrollable hunger. When I was ready to cancel my account, my support person, Lester, made the experience easy and quick. I was also connected with a member of the clinical team to check up on my health and make sure I was feeling good. Overall, my experience was SkinnyRx was positive and I will definitely use them in the future if I should need to.

Product is fine though there service and customer service need an overhaul. You can go through the process and get prescribed medication without ever talking to anyone. Super easy. Then when you are done you need to call a call center, be put on hold multiple times to cancel. Then finally are "told" it is cancelled only to check the next day and have the subscription still on and ready to charge you card. Really, read that again. Very poor business practices. Thank you for the response- if there is so little risk or need for a person to speak to anyone in advance of getting medication from you. Then there is absolutly ZERO risk or reason for a person to have to call into a call center to cancel a subscription. Period. The only reason is to make it difficult for the client and to try and offer a discount and apply a pre determined pressure campaign to dissuade the cancellation. This is a shady business practice and one that should no longer be used.

However, we want to clarify how our cancellation policy is designed to work: we have a "cancel anytime" policy, and as long as your next month's prescription hasn't already been shipped out or dispensed by our pharmacy, we can cancel both your subscription and that upcoming order when you call in. It's clear that something went wrong in your case, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
