Patricia took my call and she was great, answered my questions and took steps to resolve my issues with the company. She was very helpful. As to the business itself, we shall see how I feel at the 6 month mark. So far I am seeing no results but as I said, Patricia definitely helped me and I felt like she took steps to rectify my concerns and I will stick with it a while longer.

Today my call with Phil was answered quickly. He was very efficient and completed my request. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was worried about my medication being delivered while I was away and he assured me an updated my account so that it will not arrive until I am home to intercept the package.
