I am only in the prescribing phase right now, but it was a nice personal touch that an agent called to “onboard” me and ask clarifying questions about my medical history and what to expect from my treatment. Patricia B was friendly and reassuring. I look forward to starting my treatment.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your amazing service. I was scared to call fearing I wouldn’t be able to move forward and you were able to give me an alternative way to submit my info. The call was 7 min and we accomplished everything!! 100% customer service !!!
