Mariz was super helpful in getting me a quick resolution to my issue when I called. I had a subscription order that went through and called within 4 minutes of being notified of the sale to state that I did not want it. Most subscription services give you a heads up that a charge is coming up, but skinny Rx does not. As such, they were helpful, but only after they failed to communicate in the front end! Also, you cannot cancel services online which is in inconvenient.

Hi, I’ve been wanting to write a quick little note about one of your special employees. I know he’s an account manager named John. and was such a wonderful, caring individual. He answered and explained everything so well to me, who I must confess, was acting a way I shouldn’t have. This gentleman should know how special he is.
