We're sorry you've had such a frustrating experience with your prescription. That's not okay. We take prescription accuracy seriously. If there was a mix-up between what was prescribed and what you received, we absolutely want to fix that. Looking at our records, what was sent matches your prescription, but we understand there's clearly been some miscommunication somewhere along the way.
