I used skinnyrx for three months with no effect at all. When I contacted them regarding their money back guarantee in March 2025, I was told that as of changes in March 2025 they no longer offered this guarantee. The company is a scam, the product doesn’t work, and I wouldn’t recommend them in any way shape or form. I asked to up the strength after not seeing results and got no reply or a generic reply and then the prescription would ship without change. I wasted nearly $1000 Oh, it is also worth noting that the testimonial photos that they were using in their welcome email series are not theirs. I reverse image searched them and found the actual people online who were in no way associated and did not use a GLP1 of any sort.

Aura was extremely helpful. The medication arrived & was not identified as SkinnyRX. I called, & she assured me it was from your company. The reason I was confused is somehow I must have signed up accidentally with TrimRX. I tried 5 times to reach them with no response. The number they provided was incorrect. So I was confused as to which company the medication was from. Aura checked my account & said it was delivered yesterday, which it was. She also confirmed the pharmacy & said my next delivery would have identification. Thank you, Aura!

I didn’t do my proper research and signed up for the 4 month bundle. The same day I found 100s of complaints made just this month (Jan 2026). I connected the company to cancel, I just signed up a few hours ago and the customer service lived up to all the complaints proving those were real and not paid 1) I was on the phone for a total of 17 mins, most of which I was on a silent hold. It was almost as if they wanted to see how long I’d wait 2) it was comical how hard the csr was pounding on his keyboard in an attempt to make it seem like he was working hard to help me. If he was really typing he was typing 400 words per min. It honestly sounding like he was fisting his keyboard 3) our call mysteriously cut off with “we can’t help you” Although the site states in numerous places you can cancel anytime that is false and misleading information. You can only cancel if you do one month at a time. Anything else is locked in and prepaid with no cancel and no refund. Based off this I have no doubts this company is fake and my only real expectation is that I wasted money. Very very disappointed
