Marie was very understanding and helpful on my recent customer service call. She answered all my questions and got my needs taken care of in short order. The call took less than 5 minutes altogether. Very efficient! It's nice to talk to a person rather than a robot.

I got a text stating that my next refill was approved. I called right away as I signed up for what I thought was 30 day prescription with no AUTO refill. I was advised the same day that the prescription was sent to be filled I could not cancel. I advised Brenda that I wanted to cancel and I did not want it. She kept saying we can’t cancel it right now, but she assured me it would be cancelled after this shipment. We will see. $349 for something that doesn’t work is a joke and to think I only signed up for 30 days and not a subscription is a joke!!!!!!
