This is really a great company that I have wonderful experience with. Three days ago I searched online for purchasing a Resmed AirCurve 1o VAUTO. I came across this company with a big sale on this model. I called but nobody answered. After two minutes, Mr. Steve from the company texted me, and then answered all of my questions on the phone. I purchased this BIPAP right away without hesitation. I received the machine after 2 days, however, the setup manual did not come with it. So I texted Mr. Steve at 11 pm for requesting the manual, and expect his answer tomorrow. Surprisingly he texted me back after 1 minute, and said he will take care of me. I have never seen such a diligent and caring salesman like Mr. Steve, who gives me a great confident in purchasing and using this machine. I highly recommend everyone to purchase CPAP/BIPAP equipment from him! Thank you Steve!
