Erica, we’re so sorry to hear this, especially after you trusted us for more than six years. 😢 Having to repeatedly update the same payment information is frustrating, and we should have made you feel more supported when you reached out for help. We truly appreciate your longtime support and will take your feedback seriously. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to earn your trust again in the future.
