I received the wrong tube for my machine and am unable to reach customer support via email or phone

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, this situation is currently beyond my control. UPS has already initiated an investigation to locate your package, and I will promptly notify you as soon as there are any updates or once it is successfully located. Thank you for your patience.
CPAP doesn’t work and Sistemma will not stand behind warranty (purchased 11/2025 notified Sistemma of issue 2/2026). Supplier offered to buy it back at 30%-50% to sell to someone else, but it doesn’t work. I’m concerned about the business model.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with the S11 unit. I would like to clarify that the S11 model replaced the previous version and is fully compatible with the same therapy requirements and accessories. Functionally and clinically, it is designed to serve as a direct successor to the earlier machine. For that reason, there would not be an expected difference in performance or suitability if the previous model met your needs. I understand that you have since obtained an older unit and are now requesting a full refund. However, your request falls outside of our 30-day return window, and our policy does not allow for exceptions in these circumstances. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. Thank you for understanding.

The home page shows a CPAP mask. Below that mask it says "MONEY BACK 100%". I am assuming that a large part of your business is selling masks and replaceable items. I would not be surprised if that accounted for the majority of your sales. So that being the case, why show pictures of these items next to your "MONEY BACK 100%" policy if that policy does not apply to those items? This seems to be there to mislead rather than inform.

Our return policy is on EACH listing and separately in our "returns and refunds" section. Sorry, but we do not accept used masks. Moreover, in this particular case, the manufacturer advised us to refer customers who want to return masks to them so they can assist them. If the customer is unhappy they want to take care of the customer. I politely asked the customer to contact them as this is how they want us to handle their returns. See, while Home Depot offers returns on its products, you cannot return used gas-powered pressure washers, for example. In case of problems, Home Depot refers customers to the manufacturer. The same thing is with the mask customer purchased.
I ordered a bipap machine and specified and paid for two day delivery. When checking the tracking number I saw that it would delivered by UPS Ground and wouldn’t be delivered for seven days. I needed it in two days to go with me on a business trip. I called them and received an apology and was offered a refund for the shipping charges. Although I received the refund, I couldn’t take it with me on the trip.
