I bought my CPAP machine online from SistemmaCPAP. they worked with me to get my prescription from my provider. they sent me personalized emails following up on questions I asked as part of the process. They sent me documentation in a separate email I needed for my insurance. I was a little apprehensive because the establishment wants you to go through a DME provider. For this product, doing it on my own was super easy, especially with the extra little help they provided (where to look for info/ask your dr). I had a great experience with this vendor.

Works great. I use the pillows and a chin strap to get good seal.
