Mask is great, I still just don't understand why they are so expensive. It is all plastic and you can get the 1st generation ones for a fraction of the cost. No, complaint on SistemmaCPAP themselves, just the pricing in general. They are the most affordable company I have seen though.

Product purchased: NEW RESMED AIRSENSE 10 AUTOSET MACHINE Pros: - Clean and easy to navigate website. - Excellent pricing, compared to other sites. - Very fast delivery. Packaged shipped the same day it was ordered - Easy to upload the prescription - Quick response to queries, needed an FSA receipt, and got that sent in 3 hrs. Cons: - Customer service although answered my questions, but felt cold and curt. - The machine did not have an SD card, it looks like they do not send this to US patrons. It was easily and quickly rectified. Overall impression, I would not hesitate in using them. This was a large ticket item and I was hesitant, however after this present experience I am very satisfied and also saved a good amount of money.

My new Resmed came quickly and at the best price I could find. I love my heated humidifier and hose. My Sleep Report is easy to monitor and I know if I had a face mask leak and how many hours of decent sleep each night. The cloth case is easy to pack for airline flights carry on and takes up very little space in the car. Perhaps in the future I can afford the portable ResMed but for now my new Airsense beautifully fits my needs. Artistlkn2
