Thank you so much! We appreciate the feedback! Thanks for the compliment.
I admitted that I mistakenly through out the little package with the 4 plastic corners for the Cruise 7. The first person I 1st talked to said he would send them to me if I supplied the serial number. I called back with the serial number and the gal said no, I would have to pay for them in a kit that costs $14.00. Other Marine companies in the marine community I have dealt have just mailed insignificant things like that at no charge. Bad taste and no warm feeling with Navico. Too bad because I like the unit itself. I'll know better on my next electronics purchase.

We are so sorry for the negative experience you had. We've sent you an email to see if we can help in any way. Thanks for taking the time to give feedback so that we have the opportunity to improve. We look forward to hearing from you.
Takes 1to 2 days to get a reply to every question. Next step, they ask for S/N of units but what they really want is the barcode number (another trip to boat & 2 days more delay at their end). Finally an email with a 4 hr time window for a phone call -back to the boat but the call never comes - hrs later they acknowledge by email that they were too busy to call and will call later - but they don’t say when! REALLY?
