Had a problem with network on my boat and couldn't dope it out. Their tech support was a big help. They gave me the trouble shooting procedures and I was able to correct the problem.

The latest NSO 16 EVO3S is very useful particularly the facility for configuring multi-window screens. The autopilot works well with very little drift and is able to keep a tight course even in confined areas such as the Gulf ICW. Over 700 miles in the ICW supports this opinion. The Halo 24 radar does what it says on the box, the ability to identify ATON targets at 20 mile plus range is outstanding. Same can be said for the sonar system, the resolution is outstanding. Being able to plan on a device at home then transfer that new route or edited route to the MFD on the boat and vice versa is exceptionally helpful. When an alarm window shows it has to be acknowledged before subsidiary action such as putting the autopilot in standby mode, this can give rise to challenging situations.

I purchased a NSS 12 Evo3. After 1 fishing trip the control buttons on the right side stopped working. I called customer service and they said I needed to send it in to be checked. After a few days I received a email saying that my unit was being replaced. Thanks so much for getting me back on the water in a timely manner!
