I ordered a power jack so I could run my new Simrad NSS9 evo3s at home with a Lowrance stepdown transformer cigarette attachment at home. They were prompt filling the order as promised and the solution works great!

Thank you, Bob! That's great to hear!
The product I ordered is not the correct item (there was no indication of this on the website) and apparently, the item I need is not available to purchase through the Simrad website. I've called all dealers within 100 miles and no one has this product. The 'return' link in the order confirmation email goes to a broken page. I've called the customer support number only to get a recording to send an email. I've emailed and have yet to receive a response. So now I have a product I cannot use, cannot return, and cannot get my money back for because there is no response from Simrad. Very disappointed.

Sorry for the late reply. We see that your order was delivered February 22nd. If this is not the case, please email me at [email protected]. I see we do have the covers in stock, if that's what you're referring to. I will be happy to help.
I damaged my new transducer so ordered one on line from you, great service.

Thanks, John! We appreciate you!
I put a new transducer on my boat that was supposed to work but didn't. I called Simrad since that was the maker of my touch screen and they told me exactly which one I needed to buy for the unit to work. I just installed it and hope all works well. They were very friendly and helpful when I called in to them. Will continue to use their products.

Thanks, Mark! We're happy to hear it!
a boat dealer has had my boat since november 2021 due to a simrad go12 xse problem. they say that they are waiting on a replacement unit which is under warranty. The blame is on Simrad for not producing the replacement unit. I want to know if Simrad has delays this extensive for replacement units?
