I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service regarding shipping of my items and no response to emails and no contact number to reach an actual person horrible .

We're so sorry for the delay, Harrison. We see your order shipped out yesterday, via FedEx. You should receive it today before 8PM.
I received my transducer in record time and very easy to order right off the website. Their e-commerce did not take my debit card but did take my credit card. Not a big deal, and it was probably my small town bank to blame. I would do business with Simrad again when I need parts.

Item ordered was not the item shipped. Nobody can process a refund /RMA via phone. Web orders require email to be sent to the order department and nobody replies to the emails. Simrad retains the right to substitute items at will. Buyers beware!

Customer service really was awesome. It was frustrating trying to figure out what systems would work together with simrad and lowrance but they were great and figured it out. Thank you so much.

I purchased two units from you, both need an update. I am now required to purchase a cable to connect to my laptop which cost over $169. The tech was no help, West Marine (tech referred) can't do a thing. I asked if it is safe without the update on two occasions, no response back.

Product is exactly what was ordered, new in the box, no issues there. Terrible communications from the company as in almost non existent. Immediately after placing an order, I realized I ordered the wrong thing. AN email was sent within 10 minutes of placing the order, requesting the order be canceled. NO reply, none. 4 days after receiving the product, I get an email- "We're sorry, the item was already sent and cannot be canceled" I was asked if I'd like to initiate a return. I responded yes, and that I knew I would have to pay return shipping. That has been over 2 more weeks and ZERO response. Again. nothing wrong with product, but his company has ZERO customer service. I guess I will try and sell it myself. If Simrad steps up and responds, I'll be glad to update this review if possible. EDIT: Amazing, leave a less than stellar review and an RMA email shows up in my inbox within in hours Updated to 3 stars Thanks Edit #2 Updated to 4 stars, product shipped back this AM 3/22/22. I'm hoping this was just some kind of fluke. I will be needing other things in the future and would like to feel better about ordering again.
