With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page.The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack.We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist.As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved.While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms.This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure.The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are.It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not.We have been in business for a decade. I ordered in March 2022, no product ever received. I got in touch in May and Raphia from Shhhowercap said my order would ship within 2-3 weeks and that they would refund my shipping. They did not refund my shipping. I've reached out again and again and it's now July - no product, no refund and no response. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam business.

Apparently, there’s no inventory to ship. After waiting 2 months, no cap. I feel played with and disrespected. After reading the other reviews, I called my credit card customer service and disputed the charges.

I am horrified to know that I am not alone, but it still stinks that they have not replied to my email, let alone shipped the damn product. ONLY communication was this at the end of my May 8 invoice, where they happily accepted my Amex payment of $43.70 (discounted, whoo-hoo): "We wanted to let you know that due to COVID-19, orders are taking longer than normal to ship to you. Please allow additional time for processing of your order. Final delivery date is dependent on shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery time. Thhhank you for your patience and understanding, if you have any questions or concerns, please email the team at (redacted) ---------- Funny how they constantly bombard me with marketing texts and emails. Guess their offshore marketing VAs have no idea of the sales/inventory side of this sleazy biz.

I have the same review as all the others. Ordered the product a month ago and still don’t have it and no one is responding to my emails. I can’t believe they continue to plague my social media with their ads when they are clearly incapable of delivering.

Ordered a shower cap over a month ago and haven’t heard anything since. They charged my card when I placed the order. I emailed them and have never heard back.

I ordered a shower cap, after 4 weeks I inquired about it and the said they were delayed. After 6 weeks I asked for a refund of my shipping and I received a $5 refund for shipping cost. After 8 weeks I asked for a refund of the shower cap. No reply. I emailed again at 10 weeks. Nothing. It's been 3 months and I am out $43.

Shhhowercap is seriously one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. No idea how they are still in business. I ordered mine in November and didn’t receive it until late March. They have a 90 day return policy and after using it and being very disappointed in its performance I decided to return it. That was over a month ago, still no refund. Awful, horrible.

I ordered a shower cap and almost 8 weeks later, I still don't have it. I contacted customer service 2.5 weeks ago, and they said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. Never did. They charge your card immediately but don't ship the product. The website is awful; there is no way to view or track your order. You just have to email them and wait for their song & dance excuses. Going to report them to New York Consumer Affairs if I don't get it in a few days.
