I had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Ryan, who was able to explain my coverage details and my select price quote. He was very patient in answering my questions and asked that I read my contract upon receiving to make sure I had no reservations about purchasing coverage. Mr. Ryan was very helpful and I would recommend signing up!

Scam to sell a product and not stand behind it. The terms of the Policy are counterproductive to what a person expects to be covered by an Extended Warranty Coverage. Denial on many parts in the vehicle claiming no coverage on a defective part that may have caused a covered part to fail and since the none covered part is also defective they deny the whole claim. In essence you get nothing for your $2200. Premium just a sales scam be informrand buy from a reputable Company tied into a Major Insurance carrier. Be safe

Iredell, thank you for your review. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. Upon reviewing your claim, it was determined that the part at fault is not covered under our policy. We assigned a Claims Advisor to assist you with the repair, however, we were informed that a dispute was filed with your credit card issuer before we had a chance to discuss the claim further with you. Unfortunately, our hands are tied as we are unable to offer a resolution once a dispute is filed. At this time, there is nothing more we can do to assist in this matter being that your policy is cancelled and all funds have been released back to you.
Working with Matt Ryan was a pleasure and at no time felt uncomfortable. This is my second car policy purchased through Select Auto Protect and hopefully soon my brother will be calling Matt for a quote on his car. Matt gave me a good deal. keep up the good work and you are an asset to your company. One Point not mention was you have to pay the sales tax on every repair and I did not find out about this until I had a recent repair completed. This could be costly if you have a big repair item. Matt new nothing of this detail when he sold this policy. I was disappointed about this fact.
